Double finalists at the Prolific North Tech Awards 2026

Silvia Health reached the final for Tech Start-up of the Year, and founder Amy Wild for Tech Female Entrepreneur.

On Thursday 15 October, the Silvia Health team headed to the Prolific North Tech Awards in Manchester, a night celebrating the people and companies shaping tech across the North.

Silvia Health was a finalist for Tech Start-up of the Year, and founder and CEO Amy Wild was a finalist for Tech Female Entrepreneur.

We didn't take the trophies home this time. But reaching the final in both categories is something we're genuinely proud of, for a company this young and in a field as complex as menopause care.

It's not our first time in the Prolific North spotlight either. Earlier this year, Silvia was shortlisted for the Tech for Good Award at the Prolific North Champions Awards 2026, and back in 2023 Amy won Prolific North's Outstanding Contributor to the North award with her previous digital business.

The Tech Female Entrepreneur category was decided by a mix of judges and public vote, so a big thank you to everyone who voted, shared and sent good wishes. You really are the best.

A week that summed us up

The awards landed at the end of a big week. Monday to Wednesday was spent in Bristol on the Primary Care Ready accelerator with Health Innovation West of England and One Care. Thursday was the awards. And Friday was spent with our GP partners, which is where the real work happens.

About Silvia Health

Silvia Health is a structured triage support platform for menopause care, built around NICE NG23 guidance. The practice or clinic sets the triage rules. Patients complete a structured pre-assessment before their appointment, and Silvia organises it into a clinician-facing summary. Patients are invited back for structured check-ins at 3, 6 or 12 months, at an interval the practice sets, so each follow-up builds on the last. Every decision stays with the clinician.
