We’re delighted to share that Silvia Health has been selected for Primary Care Ready, the accelerator programme run by Health Innovation West of England in partnership with One Care, the GP federation supporting 66 practices and nearly a million patients across Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire.

Menopause care in general practice runs on borrowed time. Most consultations happen in ten minutes flat, squeezed between everything else on a GP’s list.

That’s the gap Silvia was built to close: a digital health platform for menopause care that structures what a patient has already shared, symptoms, history, contraindications, heritage and treatment preferences, before the consultation even starts. Your triage rules applied automatically, every patient, every time.

It doesn’t stop at the first appointment either. At 3, 6 or 12 months, whenever the practice sets it, the patient completes a structured check-in, so follow-up consultations start with the same shared context rather than from scratch.

What the programme involves

The programme runs across five in-person days in Bristol: four consecutive days from 12 to 15 October, working through what it actually takes to align a digital solution to primary care’s real pain points, then a final day on 5 November where we’ll pitch to a panel of healthcare stakeholders.

We’re excited to learn from people who run primary care day in, day out. More on what comes out of it soon.
