Silvia Health today announces the appointment of Kyle Yeldon as Non-Executive Director. Kyle joins the board as we prepare for NHS pilot activity and private clinic partnerships, bringing more than 13 years of senior NHS England leadership experience to our governance and delivery approach.

It requires understanding how the NHS actually works - how primary care services are commissioned, how GP practices make adoption decisions, how national digital health programmes gain traction, and what responsible scale in a clinical setting looks like.

Kyle spent 13 years at NHS England in progressively senior roles, including Head of Delivery and Head of Primary Care Services. In those roles he led national transformation of primary care services, oversaw systems handling over £10bn in public funds, negotiated directly with the British Medical Association and ministerial teams, and drove digital transformation across NHS operations.

That experience is exactly what Silvia needs as we move from pilot to scale.
